Our goal is to get your products to you ASAP! Orders placed Monday- Friday before 2PM PST, will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship out the next available business day.

Once you order has been fulfilled and shipped out, delivery time is usually between 2-5 days depending on the time zone and your chosen shipping method. 

West Coast takes about 2-3 days while East Coast is about 4-5 days.

During holiday seasons, this time frame can increase to 2-8 days transportation due to increased orders and carrier delays.  The following dates are days our warehouse will not be shipping out orders:

DUTIES AND TAXES

• Packages shipped internationally, may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.
• Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.
• Such fees are payable directly to your carrier upon receiving your shipment as they have the responsibility of collecting and reporting such fees to the respective authorities.
• Dolce Glow Inc. does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.
• The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of the United States), the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions.
