Refund Policy


However, this does not apply to item(s) damaged during transit. 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the damaged item(s) at and alert us of the damage along with an image. 

One of our customer service representatives will reach out to you once we have received your email and will advise you on how to return it to us.

Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item minus shipping costs which will reflect in your bank account in 3-5 business days.
