Position Overview

Dolce Glow is seeking an analytical, highly organized, and commercially minded Demand Planner to own demand forecasting and help ensure the right inventory is available in the right channel at the right time. This role will be a critical link between Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Ecommerce, Product Development, and our retail partners.

The ideal candidate brings 5–10 years of demand planning, forecasting, inventory planning, or supply-chain experience, preferably within beauty, cosmetics, skincare, CPG, or omnichannel retail. Experience planning for major beauty retailers and DTC/ecommerce is strongly preferred.

This person will translate sales history, retailer forecasts, promotional calendars, launches, seasonality, marketing activity, and commercial plans into accurate SKU-level demand forecasts.

The Demand Planner will proactively identify stockout and overstock risks, support inventory purchasing decisions, and create the visibility leadership needs to make fast, data-driven decisions.

Position Overview

Dolce Glow is seeking an experienced, highly creative, and execution-focused Influencer Marketing & Events Manager to lead influencer partnerships and manage brand experiences from concept through completion. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of creator marketing, experiential marketing, community, brand storytelling, and event production.

Because Dolce Glow's larger events are seasonal and tied to key brand moments, this role combines full ownership of company events with an always-on influencer marketing function. The ideal candidate can build meaningful creator relationships year-round and then translate those relationships into high-impact launches, activations, dinners, trips, retail moments, industry events, and other experiences.

We are seeking someone with approximately 5–10 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing, experiential marketing, event production, PR, brand marketing, or a combination of these areas. Beauty experience is strongly preferred.

The ideal candidate is based in the Los Angeles area, thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable traveling, and is equally strong at creative ideation and detailed execution.

Position Overview

This full-time remote Financial Planning Analyst role is responsible for supporting Dolce Glow’s financial health and strategic growth through detailed analysis and planning.

Day-to-day tasks include preparing and maintaining financial models, assisting with budgeting and forecasting cycles, and analyzing revenue, costs, and profitability across products and channels. The analyst will track key performance indicators, prepare financial reports and dashboards, and provide insights to leadership that inform pricing, product, and investment decisions.

The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, validating financial data, and supporting month-end and quarter-end review processes. This position requires comfort working independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines and maintaining strong attention to detail.

Position Overview

Dolce Glow is seeking an accomplished, highly strategic, and hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to serve as a key partner to the CEO, executive leadership team, investors, and Board. The CFO will own the company's financial strategy and infrastructure while helping guide the business through its next stage of growth, global expansion, operational scale, and long-term value creation.

The ideal candidate brings 8–10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably within beauty, cosmetics, skincare, consumer products, CPG, or omnichannel retail. Strong preference will be given to candidates who have helped scale and successfully exit a consumer or beauty brand, participated in M&A or a strategic transaction, and understand the financial complexities of DTC, wholesale, major beauty retail, inventory, international expansion, and high-growth founder-led businesses.

This is a strategic executive role that also requires a hands-on operator. The CFO must be equally comfortable advising on long-range strategy and personally ensuring that cash forecasting, accounting closes, taxes, controls, reporting, benefits, insurance, and other core financial responsibilities are executed accurately and on time.
